InformationThis site was built using Microsoft Front Page and is fully compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 4x, 5x and 6x. Some of the extra facilities built into Front Page by Microsoft and supported by Internet Explorer have not been used as they are incompatible with Netscape Navigator. (The two companies have implemented the HTML language and its various enhancements in different ways). One facility that has been used, however, is Java programming (for the hover buttons which change colour when you move the mouse pointer over them). These have been tested with Microsoft Explorer 4x, 5x and 6x and work well whether Java is turned on or off. However, they do not work in Netscape Navigator 4x if Java is turned off or in previous versions of other browsers. If this causes difficulties, please turn on Java as described above - or - use the Table of Contents.
If a hover button does not appear here > < you are probably using Netscape Navigator with Java disabled. Click here for more information and an alternative Table of Contents.
